1. What this covers

This policy explains what information Zetix ("we", "us") collects when you use zetix.ai or a workspace built on Zetix, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Zetix marketing site, the Build/ZET chat flow, and workspaces created through it.

2. Information we collect

Business details you give ZET while building a workspace (business name, tagline, logo, industry, team size).
Contact details you give us directly, such as when you email build@zetix.ai or request a pilot.
Account data for your workspace (name, email, role) once your team is set up.
Usage data (pages visited, apps enabled, approximate performance/error logs) to keep the product working and improve it.
Content you connect, such as WhatsApp/Instagram messages or call logs, when you turn on those apps — this is processed to run the feature you enabled, not for unrelated purposes.

3. How we use it

To build and run the workspace you asked for.
To respond to support requests and pilot inquiries.
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
To improve Zetix — which apps get used, where the Build flow breaks down, and similar product analytics.

We do not sell your data.

4. Who we share it with

We share data with service providers that help us run Zetix (hosting, email delivery, messaging providers such as WhatsApp Cloud API when you enable that app), and only to the extent needed to provide the feature. We don't share your workspace data with other Zetix customers.

5. Data retention

We keep workspace data for as long as your workspace is active, and for a reasonable period after to allow you to reactivate or export it. You can ask us to delete your data by emailing build@zetix.ai.

6. Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing build@zetix.ai. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Zetix changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
