1. Agreement

By using zetix.ai or a workspace built on Zetix, you agree to these terms. If you're using Zetix on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.

2. What Zetix provides

Zetix is an AI-configured, all-in-one business workspace: you describe your business to ZET, pick or adjust the suggested apps, and Zetix provisions a working workspace from ready-made apps. Which apps are available, and their pricing, may change over time.

3. Your account and workspace

You're responsible for the accuracy of the business details you give ZET.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You're responsible for how your team uses the workspace, and for the data you put into it.

4. Pricing and billing

Workspaces are billed per app enabled, as shown during Build, with an annual option at a discount. Prices may change; we'll give notice before a change affects an active workspace. Unpaid workspaces may be suspended.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Zetix to send spam, break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or abuse connected channels (e.g. WhatsApp) in a way that violates that provider's own policies. We can suspend a workspace that does.

6. Third-party connections

Some apps connect to third-party services (WhatsApp Cloud API, Instagram, calling providers, etc.). Your use of those connections is also subject to that provider's own terms. Zetix isn't responsible for those providers' availability or policy changes.

7. Cancellation

You can stop using any app, or your whole workspace, at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data after cancellation.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Zetix is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable but don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, Zetix isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the product.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Zetix changes. Continuing to use Zetix after an update means you accept the new terms.
